Cory Room

William Penn House's Cory Room is available to groups staying at William Penn House and to groups who need only a meeting space. It holds 30 people comfortably. Reservations are required. Smoking and alcohol are not allowed in the Cory Room.

The cost is:

  • 8 - Noon $50
  • Noon to 5 $50
  • Evening   $50
  • All Day   $125

Services provided:
  • Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks and food. Catering services are available.
  • Dishes - $10 per meal (if using our dishes instead of paper)
  • TV with VCR at no cost
  • Fax - $1 per page
  • Copies 10 cents per page
